Elimination Chamber

The Elimination Chamber is a professional wrestling match type that features multiple competitors competing in a specially designed structure. The chamber itself consists of a large, enclosed steel structure with four inner chambers and two entrance doors. The match typically starts with two wrestlers in the ring, while the remaining participants are locked inside the chambers. After a predetermined amount of time, one competitor is released from their chamber to join the match, continuing until all participants have entered. Wrestlers are eliminated by pinfall or submission until only one remains, who is declared the winner. The Elimination Chamber matches are known for their high level of physicality and dramatic twists, often used in storylines to determine championship contenders or champions. The match format debuted in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) in 2002 and has since become a staple of the promotion’s annual events.
